Account Access Help

If you're locked out, forgot your password, or aren't receiving verification codes, here's the safe way to get back in — using official recovery tools only.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. Go to the official login page and select "Forgot Password."
  2. Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your account.
  3. Check for a verification code or reset link sent by the official platform — never one forwarded from a third party.
  4. Follow the link or enter the code, then create a new, unique password you haven't used elsewhere.
  5. Sign in again with your new password to confirm access is restored.

Important: Legitimate password reset messages come only through the recovery flow you initiated. If you receive an unexpected reset email or SMS, ignore it and consider changing your password as a precaution.

Dealing with a locked or restricted account

Accounts are often locked temporarily after multiple failed login attempts, unusual activity, or a security review. This is a normal protective measure, not necessarily a sign of a problem with your account.

  • Wait for any on-screen cooldown timer to finish before trying again.
  • Avoid repeated rapid login attempts, which can extend the lockout.
  • Confirm your device's date and time are correct, as this can affect verification codes.
  • If the lock persists beyond the stated time, contact official support directly through the platform's verified contact page.

Verification code (OTP) not arriving

  1. Confirm the registered mobile number or email is still active and correctly entered.
  2. Check spam, promotions, or blocked-message folders.
  3. Ensure your device has a stable signal or internet connection.
  4. Wait at least 60 seconds between requests — repeated requests can sometimes trigger a temporary delivery cooldown.

Reaching official support

If none of the steps above restore access, the safest next step is contacting support directly through the platform's official website or app — never through a phone number or link received unprompted. Have your registered account details (but never your password) ready to help verify your identity.
