Spa9 Login Guide

A complete, independent walkthrough for signing in on both web and mobile, followed by fixes for the sign-in problems people run into most often.

Signing in on the web

  1. Go to the official website. Type the verified domain directly into your browser or use a bookmark you saved yourself — avoid links shared in SMS, WhatsApp, or unfamiliar ads.
  2. Find the login button. It's typically located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Enter your registered details. Use the username, email, or mobile number you registered with, along with your password.
  4. Complete OTP or 2FA verification. If prompted, enter the one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email. Never share this code with anyone, including someone claiming to be "support."
  5. Land on your dashboard. A successful login takes you to your account home screen. If it doesn't, jump to the troubleshooting section below.

Signing in on mobile

  1. Open the official app. Only install it from an official app store listing or the platform's verified website — see our Download & Access Info page for details.
  2. Tap "Log In" on the home screen. This is usually visible without needing to scroll.
  3. Enter your credentials. Use the same registered details as on the web version — accounts are typically shared across platforms.
  4. Allow notifications for OTP delivery. This helps verification codes arrive instantly rather than being delayed.
  5. Verify and continue. Complete any prompted verification step to reach your dashboard.

Troubleshooting common sign-in errors

"Invalid username or password"

Double-check for accidental spaces, caps lock, or autofill mistakes. If you're confident your details are correct, your password may have been changed — use the official password reset option covered in our Account Access Help guide.

OTP never arrives

Check your signal strength, spam/junk folder, and that notifications are enabled. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code — requesting repeatedly can sometimes delay delivery further.

Page keeps loading or times out

Try refreshing, clearing your browser cache, switching networks, or updating the app to the latest version. Persistent outages are usually temporary and resolve within a short time.

"Account temporarily locked"

This is typically a security measure after several failed attempts. Wait for the cooldown period shown on screen rather than retrying repeatedly, which can extend the lock.

Redirected to an unfamiliar page

Stop immediately and check the URL in your address bar. If it doesn't match the official domain, close the tab — this may be a phishing attempt. See our Security Tips page for how to spot look-alike sites.
